• OPT reserves the right to display your username, first name, city, state and country on public pages for the purpose of showing a leader board or a list of tournament winners. No other identifiable information will be revealed to the public.

• During sign up you have the option of subscribing to the OPT email lists. Below is a short description of each list.
  
  Announcement Emails - Low-volume announcement list. This list consists primarily of important site announcements, upcoming major events and other similar topics.
  
  Upcoming Tournament Emails - Automated emails notifying you of upcoming tournaments a few days before they occur.
  
  Other Emails - Sets your default preference for new email lists. If you selected this list you will automatically be subscribed to any new email lists.
  
  You may also subscribe or unsubscribe to any of these lists by logging in and editing your profile.
• We will only attempt to contact you via your profile's phone number for the reason of a prize claim and failure to contact you through your registered email address.

• Reasonable and technologically feasible procedures are taken to maintain the security, accuracy and integrity of all personal information relating to players.
• All subscribers should consider any information provided to or collected by the OPT as non-confidential.
• Consequently, OPT assumes no liability or responsibility if any information relating to any subscriber is intercepted and/or used by an unintended recipient.
